Awesome staff
The service was great excellent. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was small and was hot at times. Area was good, very quiet at night and easily accessible. Also the staff let us leave our luggage so we can tour around the city before our late night flight. Buffet was so delicious! Best buffet breakfast yet. Overall a good hotel. Would stay again if in the area.

Perfect for short, solo, stay
It was good! Friendly, easy check-in. Clean, modern hotel. Typical, small, APA business hotel. (In my experience APA hotels are smaller than other Japanese business hotels.) Great distance to go for a run around the Imperial Palace. One review mentioned that the hotel is in a convenient neighborhood. The location is pretty good but there's not any nightlife or many restaurants that stay open past 10pm nearby.

Efficient but tiny rooms
The hotel room is very small. If you're a big person, I couldn't recommend it. There's barely enough room to put your luggage on the rack. So if you travel lightly, don't mind tight spaces and are on the small size, go for it.

Convenient, Economical, and Clean
I stayed for 11 days and the hotel was very reasonable, 900 USD for the time. Its location is convenient as well, near the center of Tokyo. It is about 3/4 of a mile from the Imperial Palace and around the corner from the National Theater. There are also plenty of eating choices and mini-marts nearby; and there is a metro station a little over a block away as well. The room was good for a single person or a couple using a single suitcase and carry on. Outside of that the room is small but clean and comfortable. The only downside of this hotel was its restaurant, the food was passable and edible but it wouldn't be my first choice. Also the breakfast buffet food was the same way, but it cost about 11 USD the day before or 13 USD the morning off. I didn't think that was worth it. That being said, the food prices were reasonable outside of breakfast. The staff was very courteous, helpful, and professional. All in all, it's a good hotel and if I was going back to Tokyo this hotel would be my first choice.
