Excellent mattresses, quiet room, wide range of breakfast with lovely cookies. Chess in the lobby is a great idea! Thanks for the Monday afternoon free snack. Overall, we were very satisfied, and will return.

At first night we found 3 bed bug bites on our pillow. After changing the bedsheets and goung to bed again we found some of them on face and pillows. About 2:30 we left our couple bed room and spent the night in a much smaller and not comfortable single bed room as a result of which we could not sleep. We had to pack and unpack luggages 3 times and experienced three different rooms in less than 24 hours. What was more offensive was that it seemed completely normal for the hotel staff and manager. We tried to contact hotels.com about the problem, someone named That I can not remmeber her name answered and promised to follow up the problem but it did not have any conclusion. It was the worst experience we have ever had with the hotels. Lack of support and not feeling safety in a new country. I will share my experience on media so that no one would have the same experience. By the way I have photos of the bugs

We'd stay here again.
On our first night (in June) we stayed in the top floor and found the room very hot. When we mentioned this to the front desk, they quickly moved us to a room on the next floor down, which was much more comfortable. (No A/C in this hotel.) Very good breakfast; a bonus is the free food and beverages from about 3pm to 7pm. Good location; easy walk or tram ride to the main sights of Prague, but far enough away that this area isn't teeming with tourists.

We waited at least 5 minutes for the front desk clerk to appear for our check in. The staff was helpful and cheerful. The hotel was a close walk to a subway station and a short walk to the interesting parts of the city. It was far enough away so that the area wasn't crowded and had the feel of a local neighborhood.

Affordable and comfy
A nice affordable hotel. Clean and comfortable with decent service. Uber and public transport are very cheap so location didn't matter to us. Breakfast and refreshments with a light snack were included which was convenient.

We stayed at the hotel for two nights and everything was nice. First and foremost, the hotel is very conveniently located, particularly for us as we arrived to the Florence bus station. It took us a few minutes to get to all main attractions. The C Line (subway) was right across the street. The young man at the reception was super nice. Made the check-in and checkout process as quick as possible and answered all my never-ending questions. In addition to all usual amenities, the hotel offered free Internet in the room, complimentary breakfast, as well as we could put our luggage into the luggage room hours before checking-in and during business days, the hotel offered free coffee and sweets after 3:30pm. If back in Prague, I would definitely stay there again.
