The panoramic view is not as impressive as the photos, the front desk were VERY helpful so they get all the points. I found two mosquitos in the room which bit me so that was very uncomfortable, also not sure how clean the rooms were since the bottom of my fabric slippers were grey. I also did not receive any of the VIP perks as advertised so that was a bit disappointing since this is a big factor as to why I made this reservation. Overall, the price makes it worth it but probably wouldn't stay here again.

Our trip was really good. While it’s just “a bit” off the beaten path. It was well worth the extra 10 min walk. The staff was informative and friendly; very helpful. Propert was current and beautiful, as was the spa. $12 euro for breakfast was well worth it. Get this place.

Excellent stay for family
We enjoyed our stay at Forte16. The staff was very helpful and responsive. We really liked the space, cleanliness and location. It was perfect for our family of four. Forte16 is located about 15 to 25 minutes from the Duomo and Ponte Vecchio. It is also located 10 minutes from a train station. We highly recommend it.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The property is clean, centrally located, and has great amenities! Something worth noting is that you will be charged for the breakfast at the end of your stay, which we were unaware of. Other than that, Forte16 is a great property and we hope to stay here again.

I was travelling with a group of friends. We were attending a rugby tournament so the location of the hotel was perfect. The hotel is very clean and the staff very helpful. I would definitely use the hotel again on my return to Florence.
