There was not enough help. The lobby, kitchen and halls were dirty. Beds were not made daily. There were no utensils when we went for breakfast, no eggs, no potatoes and no muffins. One time when I went to the desk, no one was there and I could not find anyone. There just wasn't enough help.

I was kind of weary about staying here after I read the reviews and wondered how they got a score of 8/10. But our stay was fine. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Elevator worked fine. A good breakfast and it started at 6am which was a huge bonus! Checkin clerk was helpful but the other 2 clerks (evening and morning ) and breakfast person were rather “sleepy” nothing negative about the place. I felt safe.
