Clean, safe, well located and thrifty
We loved it, clean room, quiet and guarded gate. The kitchen area was large with fridge, microwave and sink. It wasn’t stocked with any kitchenware so bring your own or ask the front desk. Beds were very hard and shower gives a very short blast of hot water but hey.. the price outweighs these shortcomings. Breakfast was authentic Mexican cuisine and very filling. Location is fabulous, with a grocery superstore store and McDonald’s across the street. Fabulous local restaurants are nearby and it’s a short walk to the beach. Definitely coming to stay longer next year!!!

The area was easy for transport, breakfast was great! The pool was unfiltered & ice cold! Housekeeping only came twice for a 8 day stay. Even made the bed with a sheet with blood on it!!! Linen was all ripped & seemed dirty. Very worn towels. We were supposed to be in a king bed, but was put in a double, yet the hotel argues it was a king. I know the difference as I have a king at home

Inconveniences but a Clean place
This palace was decent but it was not what I expected. There was no clear communication about breakfast, you have to obtain a ticket everyday to get the breakfast and the menu was limited. They did not carry some of the food items displayed on the menu. The room was nice and clean but you have to ask for everything you need. Sometime you get what you need and sometime you don't. For example, there was no cookware, coffee maker, no small wash clothes, no phones in rooms to call front desk, Sometimes they answer and sometime the line is busy on purpose, off the hook. Overall, the stay was not bad but there are some inconveniences..

The place was fine, it was a budget option just off the beach. So you have an informed decision: - no view of anything other than the mini mall next door - pool (as most were) is not heated so it's pretty chilly - included breakfast was good (quite a few options) - While there was a kitchen (fridge, burners, microwave, sink), there wasn't cutlery, dishes, glasses or pots/pans so it was useless - maybe you have to ask for this stuff? We didn't bother - There were two safes, neither worked - There is no tag to put on the door asking for privacy
