Naughty night noises
We found by far the worst aspect of our stay at this otherwise great spot to be night noise which severely curtailed our sleep. Some other guests spoke really loudly and shut the doors really loudly, but the corridor seemed to act as a passageway for non-residents passing through to other properties out the back. The noises continued until 3am. Totally unacceptable.

Unfriendly staff
Front desk staff is absolutely terrible. Such an easy thing for hostels to get right but this hostel gets it so wrong. Multiple front desk workers were just plain rude and unfriendly. Pool area is nice but does not make up for the staff. Inexcusable

Ok hostel
The floors are very squeaky. Wifi is ok in several areas of the hostel but not good in your room. Staff is friendly when they need to be.. I'm not sure if my room smelled bad because of my roommates or because of the room itself.
