As a solo traveler, I felt safe and completely comfortable. The staff were kind and the amenities were great. I did not experience any issues with load shedding or having any difficulty accessing wifi. I would recommend the hotel apartments for short or long term stays. Made booking for 2x loft apartments on Saturday afternoon at 4pm and paid immediately. Upon arrival, the reception was not aware of my arrival and said they only have 1x loft apartment and one normal room without kitchen and seating area separate from bedroom. Waited for over 3 hours from 8pm before they gave me another room. I was so furious and they should not have made the loft available and then when you arrive, they say that they don't have it available. I truly feel that i one lofts payment should be credited back. There where no 2 point plugs, the TV did not switch on and upstairs lights or bulbs did not work/fused! I'm not happy. Unfortunate that my stay there was not what I was expecting!

When you don't want a service, housekeepers have to ask the guest if they need something today? I think the security was good. No lift is a disadvantage in the property, to carry the luggage it is difficult with the stairs.

Somewhat dated but passable

The apartment is not as large as it appears in the photographs. However, the size is comfortable. I would not book a loft apartment as the bathroom is on the groundfloor and the room upstairs. This is not at all practical. The lift was not working during our stay so there was that to contend with. The establishment is within walking distance from the very pleasant Loftus shopping complex - lots of restaurants and a very pleasant setting.

Located close to shopping mall with good restaurants, supermarket/shops and the Loftus stadium. We were allocated a room on the 2nd floor but the lift was not working. Needed help with suitcases and staff were very obliging. However, maybe a problem for guests with mobility issues. The apartment was clean and well furnished with all essentials provided
