I had a great experience. I will stay there again if I am in the area. I will recommend it to my friends and family with no hesitation. I think that says it all.

It was perfect hotel for me!
Three star hotel with A/C and well maintained, renovated room and bath tab. Building is not new, but important potion is well renovated to keep this hotel feels very clean. My room only has shared bath room, but it's also very clean and shower is great (full of water!) Also price is very affordable. It's located in quiet, safe area, north of vatican. Importantly it's quiet not only because of the area, but also its balcony has window! (double window.) that makes my room very quiet. You can easily use public transportation or walk to everywhere, if you like to walk and explore. Breakfast room is also very modern and server brought me a cup of captino. It was very nice. This place make my visit to rome pleasant. I love this hotel and definitely comeback!! Thank you.

Very Good8.0
Perfect location
The location is great, specially if you want to be close to the metro and the Vatican. Also, we had a car, so having free parking space on the front was a plus. However, the breakfast was nothing special, Nescafé machine coffee and stale food, they should replace the food daily, instead of taking it out again the next day. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and loved the outdoor terrace.

Great family managed hotel
I booked the hotel on a rush do to the cancelation of a previous reservation on another hotel. I was relentless at the beginning and a little concern when I realize that small rooms had to share bathroom (that by the way is not specified on page!), but the hotel is amazing... run by a couple that is constantly there to check that everything is fine. Always sweet and chatty and ready to help out. The staff is always willing to help and the place is really clean and well located: a block from the subway station and lots of different bus routes, also walking distance to awesome markets and the Vatican.
