Nice quality and friendly staff, close to metro
Good location right next to the Baquedano metro and a close fun walk to the funicular that takes you to the top of San Cristobal. Room was nice, clean, and modern, just wished that the bed was bigger and more comfortable for the two of us. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall glad we stayed here.

Good location but wrong address
Hotel is comfortable enough, in a nice area in Santiago. Staff were helpful at all times. Breakfast was very poor in variety and there wasn't even scrambled eggs in most of my 5 mornings there, just once. Door system is funny and doesn't lock normally so twice I had guests from other rooms opening my door and waking me up; felt unsafe and disturbed. In addition, it took me 30 minutes to finally find right address. It's not the one on hotels.com. It's behind the avenue on the booking: Merced 54.
