    Great for the Money
It was a nice hotel for the price in an on the edge area location.Place was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly, however they were not on top of their game.As much as i asked/ told them about towels , glasses in the room wanting more linen etc etc, yes'ed me to death ,pleasant , but no results. Maybe cause it was a holiday weekend?

Dangerous area, get a place to park the car
Two things 1) the area is dangerous, especially during the night. I don’t recommend to go out for a walk during the evening/night 2) they charge you $43 + taxes for parking the car with them. I recommend to search a place to park the car before arriving this hotel. The cost for parking the car is absurd

    Family DC trip
Hotel was beautiful but built in bad area. The area is being redone to attract visitors and locals. About 20 min walking distance from US Capitol.

    Eh , it was okayy
Overall this is a good place. The breakfast was really good but at night I got a hamburger and it was the grossest thing I ever ate. We bought 4 for our whole family and threw everything away it was so bad. They were nice enough to hold my bags behind the counter since we got there before check in but when I got my bag back it was soaked. All my clothes were wet and I had to blow dry my pajamas in order to sleep , when I called the desk and asked what happened they just said they didn't know and would look into it and I never heard back. No apology or attempt to fix anything. The hotel is by the subway but not really in walking distance to any of the museums which it seemed like it was when I booked it. It is a quick subway ride , but if you don't want to do that I would suggest looking elsewhere. I was in a room that is set up to connect to the room next door and the kids in the room next to us where trying to open the door all morning and kept waking me up. Other hotels I have stayed in have double doors in order to prevent this. The room was nice and clean. Overall not the worst place I ever stayed, but I probably would stay somewhere else next time I am in area.
