It was meh...
I arrived at 4 am. I was told I could not check in until 7 a.m. once I was finished waiting a couple of hours in the lobby to check in, they charged me an early Check in fee of 50 ringgit. If I was to be charged to check in early, why couldn't I check in when I arrived? Other than that, there were no window in my room except for the small window in the bathroom.

Pleasant stay
Photos on website are obviously of when hotel has just opened...so don't have too high an expectation. Walls are thin and you can hear noise from adjacent rooms. Otherwise, everything is fine. Kudos to the housekeeping staff for a job well done!

Clean n tidy
The room is smaller than I think . But it's ok overall is clean and tidy. 5mins walk to pavilion shopping mall.

Good stay with one gripe
Room was nice and clean. Service was very good. My only gripe would be that coffee mugs had lipstick stains. They were not cleaned well. Overall, it was a pleasent stay. Security was very good. A key-card is used for the door and taking the lift.
