Clean Hotel with Friendly Staff
Super clean, great breakfast including a multiple juice dispenser and a fancy coffee maker. Most notable was the friendliness of every single staff member. At breakfast, people were helped with a smile if they forgot to turn over the waffle maker, and all the food was continually monitored and kept hot and fresh. The staff seemed to enjoy their work and to be proud of the quality they provided.

Clean, comfortable with great customer service
The hotel room was clean & bed was comfortable. They are doing some updates, so there were some “wet paint” signs and contractors around, but that didn’t impact our stay at all. Breakfast was quite good. One of their staff was making breakfast burritos fresh every morning. The team at the front desk was especially helpful and kind. Every single interaction was pleasant. Indoor pool & hot tub was a nice relief after traveling all day. Hotel is located in an industrial area, but is east to get to and close to the highway. Lots of food and coffee places within a 2-3 min drive. Highly recommend!

Double think this place
The front desk receptionist wasn’t very welcoming. She didn't mention how to get to the elevator or what floor we would be at. Pretty much didn’t give any details. The room had spots of mold in the roof of the bathroom. The toilet also didn’t work correctly and made noise most of the night. The towels had some hairs in it also. The only excellent thing was the breakfast.

Disappointed with this trip
I normally stay here often on my trips to Auburn and am usually very happy with each experience. This time was pretty bad. I'd booked the room a month in advance and they can usually get me in early if I arrive early, but weren't able to. However I was told I'd have to pay an early fee if I came before 4pm, even though my reservation contract clearly says 3 not 4. I told the manager I don't appreciate the surprise fee, she informed me I should have been charged extra the month prior on my previous trip. Then when I return at 4 she informed me it's a new rule as of a week ago. She can't keep her stories straight! I use a walker, and was put in a non ADA compliant room, with a toilet so low you have to hold the door to sit down. I still like the hotel but they need to work on customer service and honesty regarding fees and new policies. They also need to be more accommodating towards handicapped and disabled folks.

A decent property but it needs attention. Inconvenient location. One morning at breakfast they were out of milk. Next morning they were out of regular coffee.
