Good for a short stay in Brighton. I stayed in two different rooms, the first was fine, the second was in a dreadful state although the team did a good job of getting me another room to stay in which was a lot better. Restaurant downstairs does good food, great location right on the beach front.

Across the street from the beach. Accommodation access corridor smelt terrible. Rooms out of date and don't reflect the anything near the advertising photography. I refitted an ageing curtain over the one dirty window in the "suite".
