I’ve booked two rooms and when I check in, they said their room is not available and I had to pay upgrade room. Otherwise I would have to get a smoking room. They claim someone call me and want to inform me about this change, but I never received the call. I get two rooms, but they are older since nothing was considered upgrade. The window curtain was not properly hang and you can be seen from outside. The refrigerators and microwave not considered upgrade since my other room has the same facilities. No shower gels or shampoo was provided in the room when I checked with the front desk they asked me to get it myself from the checking front desk. This is a worst Motel six I have encountered .
