Not Really a Hotel
Does not have the atmosphere, service, or amenities of a "real" hotel. Reception is in a windowless corner of the sixth floor of a retail/office building, staffed by a single person, 12 hours per day. Both the young men (perhaps university students?) at reception during our four day stay were less than friendly, and did not welcome having to communicate with us, let alone do anything for us. I know Czechs are in general very reserved, but someone needs to teach them a bit about hospitality. An exception was laundry, which was done quickly and affordably. Overlooking the square was nice. Room was spacious and clean (sofa was worn). Great location.

Exceptional 10.0
I absolutely loved this property. Very close to the Old Town and many eating places. The room itself suited my needs. There is a shower over the bath and water does goes on the floor as the hose head is on the wrong wall. The heated bathroom floor tiles are a bonus. If staying solo request a double sized duvet as I got 2 single ones. Communication before I checked in was quick and informative. Check in and check out smooth and fast.

Lovely apartment, clean and well priced
Had a great stay in this apartment 4 nights from 02/01/18 to 06/01/18. We stayed in a Studio apartment which was great in size and the bed was spacious and comfortable. The room itself was lovely with a microwave, fridge, and plates, cups and cutlery. Apartment also had a table with chairs and another table at the desk. The TV was huge and it was smart so had apps such as Netflix. The check in and check out was super quick and easy and did not have to pay any security deposit however card details were taken in the case of any damage. Loved our stay only negative was that the WIFI was very slow at most times therefore watching Netflix at times was difficult due to buffering. This did not hinder our stay however and would return in a hurry. Location was perfect in Wenceslas Square and the old town was about a 10 min walk away. Felt very safe in the apartment and the location.

Cannot find a better place
Our favourite hotel during our Eastern Europe trip. 24 hr security guard. Central location. We could walk to most places around the old town. We even walked back from new town Dancing House along the river. We took short breaks there from time to time and it saved the trouble of finding public WC which charge you 0.5 Euro each time. They are very keen to fulfill our requests e.g. Late check-out (but of coz depends on availability) and let us use the umbrella on a rainy day. We were also impressed by its locker rooms. We can lock our luggages in individual locker room before or after check out. We took a train at 10pm that night so it's a really great help. Totally worth the money. The only thing is the bathtub could be quite slippery when we washed the hair conditioners and the glass was not large enough to block the shower water to the toilet floor. l'm sure this can be solved easily.

In the heart of Prague
Wenceslas Square Terraces are set in a great location, close to all the major attractions of Prague. Restaurants, bars and some great shopping to be had right on the doorstop. 30m from nearest Metro which we didn't use as we prefer to walk. We had a 1 bed apartment at the back of the building which made it fairly quiet. Fully furnished with all mod cons. Glad we didn't pay extra for a balcony as there is a terrace available on 7th floor for the use of all guests, this overlooks Wenceslas Square. Always someone on front desk on ground level who patrols the building. Apartment reception manned from 9am to 9pm. Front door locked at 9pm but had no problems using an electronic fob for access. Overall, we felt very safe in what was a very busy area.

Really good location, had an issue with a broken door on wardrobe but reported it and it was fixed within a couple hours. Would have give 5 stars for everything but I think something had flooded as there was a large stain on the floorboards and the room smelt a bit damp. Did inform reception but probably wasn’t a quick fix. I wouldn’t let it stop me staying here again as the room was lovely apart from that. Centrally located right on Wenceslas square with a balcony you can use (if you haven’t got a room with one) blankets left so we could go out on balcony in the cold. photos from the balcony of the Christmas market.

top floor of a commercial building
Its at a commercial building which was out of our expectation, but the location is great. Room is spacious with full set of kitchenware. However, we feel frustrated with the Wifi connection, it will turn slow every now and then, we had to "forget" the network and join again every time. The TV as big but disappointed that we cant find a channel (from hundreds of them) for live world cup broadcast. We cant find anyone at the reception when we check-out. we just left the keys on the reception table (and fingercross nothing happened). PS. if you are in the hotel at sunset time, maybe go check out the view of the castle at the terrace ;)

Comfortable service hotel
We had such a wonderful stay at the Wenceslas Square Terraces A great modern service apartment. The apartment is upstairs and a bit hard to find but we walked the 6 blocks from the main train station. Right on Wenceslas square so lots of coffee shops and restaurants. Prague is a very easy city to get around in by tram or subway which is right at the hotel They did our laundry for 10 Euros a bag so a bargain in Europe. They have a Nespresso machine in the room but the refill capsules are expensive to buy. Take a glass of wine to the balcony overlooking Wenceslas Square at night.

Central luxury apartment
I recently stayed here with two of my children (22 & 14) we were all very pleased with our apartment, it was in the perfect area, close to many tourist attractions, plenty of places to eat and shop, right on the doorstep. The apartment itself was very clean, tidy and had everything you could want and more, right down to the dishwasher and espresso maker. The bed (& sofa bed) were very comfortable, the room had air con too. I can't fault the apartment or the location. I will definitely stay here again & would recommend it to anyone.

Only Perfect location
Perfect location and great view only if you have a terrace. Good facilities. But that's only you can expect in this hotel. Their bed is the most ridiculous. Double but not double. 2x singles like other typical European hotels but this bed has wheels, like hospital beds. It was not fixed and so it kept moving over night. We found how to fix the next day but still there is the big gap between 2x mattress. Terrible service in the front desk. I am not sure they have a brain - always the sign says 'come back in 10 mins'. Listen but not listen to our complaint. First night, cigarette smell from the next room depsite non-smoking room. We realised the whole hall is smelly from this cigarette. Fortunately the people left the next day. The horrible thing was the construction inside building started at 7 30 am. Huge noisy to make everyone wake-up. We complained. The desk guy apologized and would fix. However, the next day it started at 7 40 am. We complained again but he changed his attitude and said nothing he could do. The next day... 8 am. Ridiculous!! They clean only every 2nd day. We asked them to change towels. If not, they don't. If I suggest this hotel, it's for its location and view (only if you have a terrace).
