Clean, quiet and cool hotel in busy city
Booked a club king for a week and got a more spacious corner room (1716) The room has a bathroom with tub and separate shower stall and toilet room with a floor to ceiling window overlooking the cityscape. The actual room and balcony is facing the sea and east. Unfortunately there is an old building below that takes away from the balcony view but it’s not visible from inside the room. The bathroom is separated from the room with sliding doors that when closed form a wall and when open incorporates the bathroom with the room and thus making it seem larger and more airy. You also get light from two sides which is a nice touch. The room felt brand new and the cleaning was excellent even though at times the cleaning crud turned up late. The club lounge was good. The food served was good. Drinks were also good and selection of wines satisfying without being over the top. Staff was very nice - especially Haifun(?) and Binh. Some staff at hotel need to learn to understand better English however we were treated well all the time! We ate breakfast in the ordinary restaurant and we really liked the pho and bahn mi stations where the staff was great and made asome dishes! The pool area was good however the sun only was present from early morning till noon and then again close to sundown due to the high rises. Beach was nice and clean outside hotel but some rubbish floated around in the water. Spa was excellent and had great service from Thuy(?).

What a great stay in Nha Trang
Where do I start? We were taken care of from first minute to the last! The staff was so great and welcoming throughout the stay. We had booked a club room which included entrance to a nice lounge area at the 18th floor with nice views of the whole Nha Trang beach. This club room had a "private" check in which was nice feature. The club room also included breakfast and afternoon tea and to top it off with some snack and drinks in the evening. The room was spacious with a good and comfortable bed. Bathroom was big with the option of a open solution to the room if you wanted. We had 1806 which was close to the Club lounge which was convenient. The view was partly over the beach. We used both the pool area and tested out the SPA with a Vietnamese massage, which also was top class and very comfortable. There are beach chairs and parasols and the hotels beach area are manned. You can also order things from the bar and get it down to the beach which is great. We are very happy with our stay and are defiantly coming back to this hotel if we are visiting Nha Trang again. Can't give enough thumbs up for the staff!

Very Good
Great accommodation with a few exceptions
Overall we enjoyed our stay, the room was of the standard you would expect and we had a wonderful sea view. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We felt let down by a few things though. The pool whilst it looks very appealing, is overshadowed by the two towers and as such gets very limited amounts of sun and is very breezy. The hotel beach area only had two parasols, the beds under these were filled very quickly. Breakfast buffet on first appearance is very appealing with a large range of Western, Chinese and local dishes. However we found the quality a bit disappointing, omelettes overcooked on the outside, undercooked on the inside, crispy bacon that was chewy and the dim sum dry. The most disappointing experience was when we decided to treat ourselves to a cocktail in the bar and admire the views. Our celebratory Kir Royals (very expensive by local prices, reasonable by international prices), was prepared in a cocktail shaker instead of the wine being poured gently onto the Creme de Cassis, a clear signal of inexperience. A tip for those needing to use one of the local convenience stores. As you leave the hotel and face the sea, the shop immediately to the left, seem to make their prices up dependant on who they are serving, as we double for the same items at the store 100 yards to the left.

Luxurious beachfront hotel in Nha Trang
This hotel was very classy and luxurious. We booked a Club Level Ocean View room. It was a beautiful room, incredibly comfortable, and the SHOWER was A-MA-Zing! Surprised by the amount of street noise below, but the soundproofing is pretty good and there is no escaping the honking in Nha Trang.... I liked that the hotel offered beach chairs and towels for all guests free of charge, and you could order drinks there too. We ate at the Cookbook Cafe for a few meals and all were pretty good! The service was a little slow, had to flag our guy down on multiple occasions despite being one of the only tables... The club level breakfast was ok. Loved that soft drinks were free, and the omelette & pancakes were yummy. Cocktail selection in the Club was very limited in the evening, would be nice if they just had a better selection of mixed cocktails. Pool was ok, but nothing great.... Weird configuration and got a little cramped with the children. Plus not enough umbrellas for those sunny Vietnam days....

Great hotel Nha Trang
Fantastic hotel, superb room with sea view great staff & location added bonus we arrived at 9am with check in not till 3pm & was given early check in. Couple of negatives We booked a sea fishing trip with a lunch & guide that was advertised as catching Travelly & grouper , it became apparent as the guide turned up with 2 kids rods that we wouldn't be catching the advertised fish, in fact the fishing lasted about 25 minutes till the bait ran out, the rest of the trip was spent snorkelling & eating lunch not what we had paid over 3.5 million dong for. The checkout took ages, it should've been straight forward as the deposit easily covered ant charges we had accrued. But that wouldn't stop me staying again I wouldn't book a trip though. Don't let that put you off it's a fantastic hotel
