Excellent stay for the price
At a first look Peace of Rome is a modest looking B&B in a very old building. But you have to keep in mind that this is a B&B, not a hotel, and that Rome is a very old city. The staff was extremely nice and helpful, they arranged us a nice transfer from the airport and every one of the suggestions they gave us were spot on! The location is amazing, walking distance from Vatican City, easy access to any of the other places you want to visit in town. The restaurants in the area were delicious, including the bakery on the corner where we had breakfast every day. I really like to point out how awesome the house keeper was, I was not expecting much from a B&B, but she left our rooms very clean and well kept! Guest, us3 night trip

Top notch!
I followed other travelers' recommendations and I must say I wasn't disappointed at all! On the contrary I got more than I expected in terms of location and service. This was my first time in Rome and I was expecting a chaotic city with rude people and it was the opposite! Our host Daniele was very helpful and the place very clean and comfortable. It is located in the heart of the action, very close to all major monuments so it means you can walk pretty much everywhere. Parking the car wasn't too much of an ordeal and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. I would go back to A Peace Of Rome in a heartbeat, no need to look for another place because it doesn't get any better! Keep up the good work Dan!

Wonderful little peace of Rome
This place was great. I was only in Rome for 4 days with my two young boys. The area was great with nice little shops and wonderful cafes and restaurants. Room was a nice size and very clean with daily maid service. We were met at the door by staff. Who was extremely helpful and welcoming. Gave me some great tips about the area and Rome in general. Gave info about buses and metro and where to buy tickets..... I used all of her recommendations and was grateful for all of it. If needed there was always someone at the desk during the day. I am so glad I came upon the peace of Rome on I would return and recommend to anyone.

Great location. Even received a phone call whilst en route from the airport to check that the flight was on time and if I needed any help finding the B & B. Even though it is in a lively residential area, the room was extremely quiet and the beds were very comfortable. Fresh towels and room cleaned to a very high standard every day. Just be aware that the breakfast is served seperately at the cafe below, and take a discount voucher slip from the reception area with you. No scrambled eggs on a Sunday.

Daniele and his staff are superb. They are friendly and totally helpful. The room was spotless and well maintained. The location is in the heart of Rome, and we walked to the Vatican. Incredible restaurants were all around. We loved the inclusion of a bidet in the bath. However, the room was very small with little storage. We lived out of a suitcase for 6 days. The small breakfast shop next door (standard food charges apply) was clean and the owner was a joy to speak with every day. All in all, a very good choice.
