Bed Bugs!!! Don't stay here!!! not good support
Terrible! Don't stay here. There were bed bugs and the staff was terrible in dealing with the problem. They wouldn't talk to me and hush hushed me completely. all they wanted, was for me to change rooms so i wouldn't be around other people. i don't know anything about bed bugs but they didn't give me any information or tell me what i should do when i got home and now i've got a problem at home!! i try to reach them, but they don't answer my email. this is totally irresponsible.

Staff was very friendly. The courtyard was nice. The room is clean but very basic. However, there was no hot water.

It was a mediocre experience. It's exactly what you'd expect for a hostel. It just got a little stuffy at night, but otherwise ok.

Go for it!
The place is really nice. It's hard to find a hostel in Rome that is safe and that respects the consumer, but this one stands out.
