Restaurant wasn't that great and I didn't like the choice of food. The location is very good so there are plenty of options nearby

They charge to print out boarding passes but don’t tell you there is a printing charge until afterwards. They call and wake you up to ask about laundry daily. They need to just put a charge menu and laundry request reminder in the rooms instead of annoying guests

When booking an airline through Expedia, one routinely receives the airline's PNR locator (aka confirmation code). I was disappointed not to receive from Expedia a similar confirmation that the hotel actually held a reservation for me. My attempts to reach the hotel by e-mail failed, but the messaging service on Expedia's Web site did reach them, and they did confirm.
