Exceptional 10.0
We had a wonderful stay at hotel Celio. The location is very convenient. There are restaurants and grocery stores on the same street. The Colosseum is about 5 Min walk. and the Hop on Hop off bus is only 2 minutes further down the hill from the Colosseum. It appeared to be a staff of only two brothers. They were both very friendly and helpful. They gave good directions and recommendations. If you are looking for a large 4 or 5 star hotel with all the services and amenities. this is not that hotel. This is a small quaint and cozy boutique Hotel. That is very nicely decorated. With a warm and friendly staff that will go out of their way to assist you. All and we had a great stay and i would recommend this hotel.

Fair 4.0
The guy that runs the place tried to swindle me into paying an extra $89/night in a bogus tax he made up. In cash! Also, the door is locked after a certain hour so if you want in or out you hope the guy is around. Felt like childhood curfew.

Good, but really small
good... great, helpful front desk. room was really tiny, and the bathroom was so small I couldn't believe it. A little $$$ for what I got.

Great location, poor breakfast
Great location, the room was quiet and clean. Some of the staff didn't have an adequate level of English, which can be solved easily, however people were polite. The real handicap with Celio Hotel is the breakfast: it is the worst I've had in my life in any hotel where I've stayed in 3 continents. No cheese, no cold cuts, only carbs and a single coffee and juice. They don't give you the chance to refill your cup or your glass. after the first day I just gave up an ate breakfast anywhere outside. They solution is not providing "breakfast" and charging less for the room.
