Hotel was in a good area, easy to get too and from the station, nice little bar on the top floor, could do with some more storage space in the rooms, actually none in the one I was in just a couple of coat hangers. Over all nice little hotel but not really for a long stay, just two or there nights, while in Tokyo.

WiFi throttle
First time we were given a corner room and it wasn’t as great as our last stays. The window faces a residence directly, the bathroom was far smaller than previous rooms, and the mirror placements in the room made it difficult to get ready in the mornings. The WiFi was terrible, it was over capacity so nothing would function in the afternoon / evenings and the hotel wasn’t aware that guests (and probably other people as passwords are easy to decipher) were using so much of the internet that they essentially need a more powerful service to deal with that many guests using the internet. Staff was wonderful as always.

The hotel itself was good but the bed was a bit small for two people to sleep in and the hotel is 10 mins away from train stations, which was farther away than expected. But its walking distance from shinjuku area.

Great hotel, location but bring your own internet
I stayed for 5 nights. The location is great. Close to subway station and the neighborhood was amazing. But one issue was very disappointing. The internet was broken in our room. It worked, then it didn't. Then it worked a little and then not. On and on it went. We spent hours trying to get the staff to fix it, and they did try but at the end we had to purchase our own hot spots via our iPhones. The core issue turned out to be the filtering of web pages and probably TCP/IP ports. It made VPN impossible and as a business traveler unacceptable. I was staying at another hotel in Yokohama and at this hotel we did not experience the same issue although the internet was quite slow. But it did work.
