Excellent country pub/inn
Spent one night here on a week's trip through SE England. Nice country pub. The three rooms are in a separate building just across the street from the pub entrance. Recently renovated and nicely furnished; new, large bathroom with separate tub and shower. Good food and service in a typical pub atmosphere. Among the best of places we stayed. Would stay again.

Nice B&B not far from the A23
Very nice B&B attached to the local pub. Three of us shared a comfortable and well presented room with en-suite. Had dinner in the pub - good menu and the burgers were excellent! Breakfast was good too.

Bank Holiday in the sun
We stayed at a bank holiday weekend. The local village is quiet and very attractive. We sat outside in the sunshine for lunch and breakfast. The service and food was excellent and the staff very friendly. WiFi worked in the main pub, garden and separate WiFi in the bedroom. Very good quality of decor, large bathroom with bath and separate shower, king size bed, coffee and tea in the room. We had an excellent stay and will use it again when in the area.

Eight Bells in a colder than expected March!
On a colder than expected weekend the warm welcome from Mickey was lovely. She showed us our room and got us settled quickly. They were quite busy in the restaurant but managed to fit us in for a lovely dinner, making sure that our 3 ywar old wasn't left waiting for something to eat. In terms of our room the bed had a definite squeak on one side which was quite loud and disruptive. Also unfortunately some of the pub guests were very loud and rowdy for a long time outside the pub which continually woke up our 3 year old.
