    Friendly Staff and Clean!

    Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We stayed on the 14th floor. The bed was very comfortable and the balcony was a nice touch. The room was clean and had a mini fridge. Good location!

    Hotel 32/32 a win.

    Considering our visit was during 25%capacity due to COVID-19, our stay was very pleasant. (Also consider that when our family travels we are gone for the majority of the stay, so we only seak basic necessities and cleanliness in a hotel.) Facility was very clean and staff was welcoming. I loved that our room and bathroom was very clean. Hotel 32/32 is relatively close to Times Square with a subway station located at the end of the block. There was a plethora of Korean restaurants to choose from and a wonderful local cafe (Murray's Hill) a few blocks away. I would recommend this hotel and we would stay there again for sure.

    Great, but could be better with just a tweak.

    Pleasantly surprised to find an electric stove, pots, pans, and other things needed to make a meal for one's self. Water pressure in the was excellent (maybe a little too strong in the shower) but there were two minor hiccups: 1. There was a piece missing from the coffee machine that would have allowed me to insert the pod and make my coffee. I was able to make coffee by other means and didn't bother the staff about it, but next time they should definitely include the insertion part of the coffee maker. 2. The walls definitely need to be wiped/scrubbed down. There are some scrapes and what looked to be a burn mark/cigarette stain near the night stand. So an overall cleaning of the walls would be very beneficial. The view from the balcony was sub-par but that's not the fault of the hotel, really, unless they own the adjacent building and can clean up debris thrown. Definitely a party hotel, but the noise cancellation is excellent. I'd stay here again.

    Not the Best experience!

    This Hotel has seen better times. 3rd visit here amd it looks like they are letting the place fall apart. Front desk woman is amazing not so much for other front desk workers whom seemed aggervated and stressed. Bathroom shower didnt have hot water and the tv in the room did not work. After reporting this to the desk they daid they fixed it but did not. Overall the Hotel is located in a great location for exploring.

    Good place to just sleep and be out.

    Wasn’t bad. Room was nice. Shower doesn’t have a door so water spills out to floor. Nothing crazy can use towel to block. Staff is nonexistent. Not friendly, not welcoming. Did not see any amenities nor did they discuss of any amenities. It not bad to sleep in and be out and about in the city. Bed was comfy and again room was nice.

    There was no hot water in the room when we tried to shower in the morning. Had to go to another room in the hotel to do so. With a pandemic going on it was a little inconvenient and out of the way.

    We lost water- no shower, toilet nothing. Front desk never called guests, we called down and were told they were working on it, no idea when someone was coming in to fix it. Then only after complaining did they send us across the street to their other property where they have a proof top restaurant- the noise of the music and there was a guest on the floor that had some personal issues and she screamed all night- it was a nightmare. Went back to original room after that night and then the shower was only cold no warm water. At this point I gave up. Hotel is dismal and did not feel very clean. It was combiner location and that was the only redeeming feature.
