La Dolce Vita Barberini, Rome
Staff was very nice and helpful. Water pressure in the shower was great! Room large by European standards, and even had an elevator! Breakfast is across the piazza in a little restaurant - very nice. We liked the fact the hotel was in a major tourist site, since there are signs to barberini throughout rome, always pointing us back to the hotel!

We were in Europe for 3 weeks and this was one of my favourite hotels. Pretty inexpensive, but it's clean, with a comfortable bed and an awesome shower. Close to all the sights we wanted to see and the staff was friendly. A+

Best value and location in Rome
Wonderful staff that waited especially late for us to arrive, great breakfast at cafe across the street, very central, decent neighborhood, close to all key sights, big room, not too noisy.

Fate attenzione! Prenotare qui è un rischio!

"Nightmare At La Dolce Vita Barberini!"
I made a reservation at this place for my daughter. It was for the night of her birthday, while she and a friend were in Rome. After having confirmed, the hotel owner decided that he didn't feel like coming to the hotel to check-in my daughter and her friend. First, he said he was too busy. Then he outright lied, and said the reservation was cancelled. It was not. Then he said it was not his problem, that it was hers. Imagine our horror, when we learned our daughter had to find a place to stay ... at night ... half-way around the world. After our complaint to, the owner continued to lie about what happened. Beware! Book Here At Your Own Risk!
