Kaisar Guest House, Toronto
Clean, quiet, economical
Because of the area parking was very difficult. I paid for parking behind the guest house, but someone parked in the area behind me and it was such close quarters I feared I was going to scrape my car on the side of the building trying to get out so the following night I parked on the street even though I wasn't supposed to. It's nice to have a kitchen, although the appliances are old.

Clean Bargain
Considering the price of hotels around this was a bargain. Guests need to expect total simplicity of rooms with the bare minimums but very clean. Also there are stairs- some quite steep and narrow

Very Good8.0
It served the purpose I needed; shower and sleep.

It's a place to sleep
I've stayed in worse places, but I didn't have to pay for those. The people were nice. Tried to tell me that I reserved a double bed but that meant the bed was double-sized, not 2 separate beds. They were able to change our rooms so that my friend and I didn't have to cuddle up in the same bed. It was clean but old. The beds were horrible. I've slept on more comfortable floors. All in all, it was a fairly inexpensive place to stay and we discovered the best vegetarian restaurant to ever exist, nearby. Although, I think the pizza we got later that night made us sick.
