Great place even better location!
We arrived late on a rainy and cold Dublin night. Thankfully the place was easy to find even on the narrow busy streets of the city. The door was locked as it was late at night but there was a number on the door to call for help if nobody was there to answered the door. We called and quickly found ourselves inside, in our room, warm and cozy! That was thanks to Kevin the owner. He personally walked me through the steps to get inside the apartment. The apartment was just as we thought if not better. The bed was amazingly comfortable. The most restful night we spent in Ireland! The temperature in the apartment was perfect. We used the washer and dryer to do a load of laundry and it worked very well. The place is right next to Temple Bar. It was less than a five minute walk. We were in the center of everything!

Perfect location- could use a bit of work
Great location. Not very updated. Had to turn on water heater before each use, but still the water never got hot. Toilet barely flushed. TV was fuzzy. staff was extremely nice though!

Great room, great price
Loved the flat--clean, comfortable, safe and near all the top sights. Well priced; excellent customer service.

Less than satisfied
We arrived to the apartment and immediately headed out to get dinner. When we returned to set up for the night we discovered several things. First, one sofa bed mattress was disgustingly dirty (full of food crumbs and stains) when we opened it up. The other sofa bed was broken and we could not get it to open. The comforter provided for the sofa bed was stained with what looked like bubble gum. We asked about internet service and was told our apartment would require a modem which we could get the next day. On the positive side the staff was very pleasant and tried to respond to our dissatisfaction by bringing us a bed cot and clean comforter. However we never did get internet service because our dealings with the staff was in the evening and they did not have access to the modems at that time we were told. The location was excellent for touring Dublin but a bit noisy since our apartment was over top a restaurant.

know before you go...
The pictures of this hotel looked very nice so we booked it before seeing it. First of all it was extremely difficult to get to since we had never been in Dublin before. Once we found it no one was at the apartment to answer the door. It said the times for check in and if you were going to be later than that to call. We arrived in the time frame and no one was there. We were in the call looking for another hotel when the owner arrived (good 15-20 minutes later). We went in to see the apartment and first thing was that there was a dog just roaming around the whole place and my mother is allergic. Down the hallway was a back door to an alleyway which made me feel a little uneasy since we aren't familiar with Dublin. Then when we looked at the rooms, it was nothing like the pictures. They were extremely compact and looked much more outdated. I think this would be a good place to stay for some teenagers that are just going out drinking and need a cheap place to crash but this was definitely not a place that our family felt safe and comfortable in. I don't recommend it at all.
