Eco-friendly and hip place to stay
Very clean and comfortable. A small refreshing pool is all you need. Very well designed and styled. Feels like you are staying in a family home. Serene garden. Coffee and water provided. Good AC and newer windows and doors keep the street sounds out. Located near schools. Perfect if you want to become more familiar with the culture in Cozumel. Small restaurants and a supermarket close by. Scooter parking available and taxis pass by. We will go back here on our next trip!

Our superior apartment was just that. Very nice, lots of room. Just perfect for our 2 week stay. Living room/Dining room combo plus a kitchen and bedroom with an attached bathroom with a shower. We had a large refrigerator, induction hotplate and coffee pot. There is no microwave. There is microwave in the communal kitchen downstairs. We were able to purchase 5 gallon bottles of water for 40 pesos and the staff delivered it to the room. The bed was very comfortable. There is a TV in the LR with cable, but only spanish language. There is a small balcony with a view of the beautiful flowers. We were concerned about street noise but it was not a problem. The staff was so nice and friendly and we had daily maid service.

We actually did not stay, in fact we left even though we did not get refunded. There was no parking on the property though it was advertised to have this. Pictures of the property show coffee maker and microwave in room, this was not the case. There was a shared kitchen as advertised but it was tiny, only 1 or 2 people at the most could be in there. From the pool you look directly 4 feet into someone’s bedroom. The window in the bathroom had no coverings and looked out into a common hallway. The owner said the property was misrepresented by Expedia, not them. For us, this was not what we were looking for. We did not stay but this is what we saw as we walked through the property
