Smells
The room, although redone, smelled like urine. We later found out there was actual Uribe behind the toilet and snot on the shower curtain. Not a great lasting impression at all.

Very clean Motel 6 . Able to get on and use internet, even in a full hotel.

Good value, friendly staff
I am a bargain traveler, whose primary concerns are cleanliness, security, and affordability. We stayed here for one night, as we were traveling from Southern California into Arizona, and this is pretty much the halfway point. I knew we would be arriving very late, so amenities were not really high on my list. This is a Motel 6, which does a great job of standardizing the rooms from location to location. This location is adjacent to the freeway, for quick and easy access. The check in was quick and seamless. We had two rooms to accommodate our party. I had paid for non-smoking, but the room I stayed in definitely smelled of cigarette smoke. I don't always blame the motel for jerk guests, and since it was after midnight, I didn't want to switch rooms, so I stayed there. I didn't ask the kids (young adults) if their room smelled. There is no in-room coffee maker or toiletries (except soap) provided at Motel 6, that is standard for their brand. I feel I get a good value for the price and the convenience, and the staff were friendly and competent, and the place felt clean and safe. There is a Denny's very close to this location, which is where we went for breakfast before hitting the road for the final leg of our trip. Overall, a very nice stay, and I would stay here again.

Good stay if exhausted
Loud pool activities, next to ice room that was loud and the AC is outdated and didn’t work well

Okay for a one-night stay
Just needed a place to crash to break up a long drive. It was okay for that. The hardwood floor was a little uncomfortable and my feet were dirty when I put on my shoes. I saw a big black beetle on the bathroom floor. I stunned it with my shoe and flushed it down the toilet. It wasn't a cockroach, but a pretty nasty looking thing. I left a note for the maintenance staff.
