It needs upgrade for its furniture and plumbing, the location is perfect, the convenience and closeness to SD DT is great, but given the price in comparison to the conditions of the rooms it is not fair. Rooms need upgrade, plumbing needs maintenance and definitely change of furniture. Staff is very helpful and amazing, cleanliness is great

The elevator had a strange smell. The 3rd floor also had a different strange smell. There were people constantly running, screaming, and stomping on both third and forth floors. The security latch on my door was broken off like the door was kicked in or something. There was a ceiling tile hanging loose from the ceiling, the toilet seat was broken, and the floor throughout the room and bathroom. The entire experience was so overwhelming I could not stay in the room over night.
