Outright lies. First of all they charged my credit card 3 days before I even arrived. The room was nothing like advertised, there was no kitchen, no breakfast, no desk or plug-in for computer, so impossible to do my work, which was the reason for having to travel. I was forced to leave after only one of my two nights, and withdraw from my conference, costing me hundreds of dollars

The bed was uncomfortable and had no safety rails on the top bunk. The window was cracked and sticky taped back together

The hotel is nice, but one female staff member is very strict on not returning key deposit if you are checking out at 11am or after, she was very rude to me despite my saying that I didn't mind that I was not getting my deposit back. Make sure if you are told at check-in that it will be ok for you to check out a little later that they write it on your account.
