Questionable rating
In a area that is highly questionable. All surrounding areas deplorable. Sandia itself is clean, but poorly designed.

An ok stay
The motel was beautiful. We had an incident with the room we were in, but they fixed the issue and moved us to another room. Other than that the stay was good.

Great place!
Very comfy stay; accommodations were delightful. Front desk staff was patient and helpful. Loved the fruit-infused water. The part of town is okay--not overly safe, but not dicey. Convenient location. The only concern I had was that the deadbolt part or the door handle was missing the actual handle, so I couldn't bolt the door. It made me nervous that there was so little between myself and the outside world, but I ended up sleeping well.

Poor2.0
Bad side of town, roaches all over outside, room wasn't finished being renovated and sheet rock dust on everything. The cleaning service left trash in the bin and never swept the floor

Great experience
I’ve stayed here many times. It is very clean and well maintained. The staff are very friendly and accommodations. It is my first choice when working in the area.
