So so.
Conveniently located on Hanover street next to a variety of restaurants. Sadly, the restaurant I picked, which was literally the hotel restaurant, Bricco, was extremely disappointing. It would be nice for hotel guests to be offered a discount for the restaurant.Oh, and checking in to the hotel is also done through the restaurant. It took me a minute of looking around a small door labeled Bricco Suites and a hostess (who saw me but did not make an attempt to offer assistance) to finally ask the hostess if she knew where I was to check-in. It was only after me asking, did she show me the proper entrance and give a key. The room is very clean. The floors/ceilings have no insulation/sound barrier though. It sounded like an elephant stayed above me. And you can easily hear every step/door slam in the hallway. Its saving grace was the bathroom, with nice amenities and a heater.

Room was great! We weren’t forewarned that there would be loud head banging music until two am. Sounded like there was a boom box outside our door. Otherwise room, location etc. very nice.

Incredibly spacious/comfortable but no amenities
I flew into Boston for a quick overnight business trips and this hotel had the best rate in the area. Its really more like apartments above a restaurant. That said, the room was very spacious, more spacious than a normal hotel room, the bed and bedding incredible, great TV and fridge, bathroom and toiletries. There was no ice machine, no room service, etc. Again, just the room. But the room was great and that is all I really needed. No ice, but I could purchase a $5 bottle of fancy water.
