Awesome Room
We were very impressed with the room. The wait staff was awesome. We did eat in the restaurant and being owner of a restaurant I thought the food was ok. I wasn't overly impressed with our server. Seems to judge people by appearance. We weren't overly dressed like some of the others.

Nice room, great location, very weird setup.
Overall the stay was ok. A couple of things to note: 1. There is no elevator so keep that in mind. 2. You have to walk through a bar and restaurant to the steps that take you up to the rooms. (Also, they are encased in glass so everyone can see you. Its kind of weird.) 3. No one answered when I tried to call the front desk. 4. At night you can hear everyone at the bar and restaurant which wasn't great. 5. I would not stay here again except for one reason. Its access to the north end with the amazing sites, eateries and historic value is pricess.

Very Good8.0
Chose this hotel due to it's close location to TD Garden. Checking in was a confusing because you need to enter the restaurant and then be escorted to your room through a separate door located outside. The suite was very nice. Very clean. Lots of space. My only complaint would be the sound of the heat running. Very loud when it kicks on. There is no elevator so pack lightly.

Clean, comfortable and classy!
We rented the studio. A nice alternative to a chain hotel. Most comfortable bed I've slept in besides my own in a while. The bakery and Italian market were unexpected, fun surprises in the morning. Loved the giant shower!
