      Our first trip to Boston
We woke every morning to the smell of fresh bread baking downstairs. I have never seen so many Italian restaurants and pastry shops in one area! Located in the North End we could easily walk or Uber anywhere. The room is sparsely decorated, could use a vanity table in the bathroom, but comfortable.

      Not impressed
I’ve stayed at many hotels and Inns but never before have I ever had to stand on the street with my luggage and check into a hotel. The room was nice but many things need fixing and were loose including the handrail going up the stairs to the room. I actually fell down the stairs because the railing came off the wall!! Once checked in your on your own as the staff is too busy in their lounge below. Just didn’t get that welcoming feeling.

      Lingerie like a local.
Great room, the view was worth the walk up three flight. Shower—awesome. There was a picture that apparently broke off wall and it was just leaning against wall (remove or rehang). I would also suggest a blind in living area. Great part of town—really bustling. It was so nice to have room to move around in this suite. The decor is very nice. We would stay again

      Great stay
Bricco Suites provided us with a great location to all the heart of Boston and the 2 BR Suite was very comfortable, great beds and luxurious bedding. Large shower and bathroom was very nice. Staff was very accommodating to our needs, ie early arrival and later pick up......they stored our bags and then took them up the stairs to our room when ready, while we went to lunch, and likewise assisted us with our bags on our departure. Would highly recommend. Thanks Bricco!

      Great location but rather overpriced.
The check-in experience is a bit tricky as there is no front desk. I was never told you have to walk into the restaurant next door and check in with the hostess of the restaurant. A rather odd experience and it took me a while to figure that one out. Also, if there is a problem with the room, there is no one to call. The very first night the shower would not drain, I had to walk thru a crowded restaurant to look for someone that seemed to be in charge and then they were able to send up a plumber an hour later. I paid over $300 a night to stand in ankle deep water when I shower? That's disgusting! It leads me to question how the cleaning staff cleans the bathroom because the second you turn the water on, you realize it's not draining! So do they ever clean the bathroom?! Finally, while I can see the available WiFi networks, I was never able to connect to any of them via an android device nor an iPhone, so what's the point of offering free WiFi? The most redeeming quality of the Bricco Suites is that it's perfectly located in the North End area so getting around was very easy.
