We had a suite cabin in the back with a view of woods which was nice. There was also a fire pit behind us that we really enjoyed. The bed was comfortable, plenty of blankets, and there was plenty of room throughout the suite.
However, the side of refrigerator was dirty and the papertowels were also dirty. Everything else was pretty clean. At night we had a hard time keeping cool-- it was about 40-50 something degrees at outside, yet we had to lower thermostat to 68 and leave the bedroom door open to stay comfortable. Needless to say, our sleep was not real good because of the unstable temperatures. Front office staff were nice, and they had free coffee, tea, and cookies throughout the day. There is a small continental breakfast of cereal, oatmeal, cookies, coffee cake, etc, and nice variety of teas and coffees! The nicest touch was a free bottle of wine and two bottles of water waiting for us in our suite when we checked in! It was also nice that we were within walking distance to Main st. Also there is an HEB just a short drive down the road! We would probably stay again if we got a good deal like we did this weekend. :-)
