Although it's on main avenue, hard to find with no distinguishable signage and difficult to access from street.Claustrophobically small room, with a miniscule window with a view of concrete. Ho hum breakfast buffet in lobby which is quite odd. Lousy, lousy coffee. This is one hotel I won't be returning to. There are zillions of other options in CDMX. I messed up picking this one. Don't be like me. The two positives, the water was hot and there was a bar for folk like me with physical hardships to hang onto and the staff was friendly and helpful. This in no way makes up for this disappointing hotel

Beautiful stay
It was very good. Staff is courteous and friendly. Breakfast is great. Every day water tea and coffee served. When we went first the room looked small but they gave a slightly bigger room. It is very close to metro and a lot of restaurants are available too

It was a last minute trip due to s family emergency. I wanted to stay in the Centro Historico because I know and love the area. Found it on the app and ad the reviews were mostly positive decided to try. Despite nondescriptive on the outside, the property is nice and clean. Despite being on Avenida Juarez, major access street to the Centro Historico, my room was virtually quiet and with out issues. Room somewhat small but clean and cozy, bathroom also a bit small but functional and clean, without issues. Enjoyed my stay and wiithout any reservations and would definitely recommend!

Great breakfast- best in town I think. The staff is very nice and professional. Rooms are tiny but other than that a great stay!!

Dont stay here
I would never stay at this hotel again. Very difficult to find, traffic is aweful. The hotel has no parking, we had to park in a parking garage 2 blooks away and carry out luagage. I canceled our 2nd night, and found another hotel. It was a nightmare.
