Second Floor, Rome
Dirty and not family friendly
Pretty shocked at how unkept this hotel is. DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICS. Many reviews I saw said how clean it was...I Thought the room was dirty. Came w our 3 year old daughter didn’t realize it was on “gay street” and a gay hotel w two loud bars down stairs. Which is where you are suppose to have breakfast. They assured me it was family friendly but I just didn’t feel comfortable staying there w her so as soon as we saw the room we left and ended up staying at a different hotel. I was frustrated that it is not more pronounced on The girl was nice at the front desk but They would not give me any refund which is frustrating but that is the poilicy. More frustrated at because I just wouldn’t have booked if they had been more transparent. So we ended up paying waaaay more at a diff hotel but it was cleaner and more comfortable. Also the stairs suck esp w a stroller but a lot of hotels don’t have elevators so not a huge shock.

Good hotel.
Like most hotels around the area, this didn't have an elevator. Very modern style and everything is very clean. The only thing I would say is that if you are not comfortable with gay people around you, don't use this hotel. The street where the hotel is located is called "gay street". It didn't bother me, but just to inform the users.
