We paid for a balcony king room we go into the room it was dirty we told front desk he said he will check the room and give us another balcony room it was two double beds and a window with no view we I then called front desk and ask where was the balcony room we paid for he said he was sorry but that was it my husband woke up around 3am to go to the restroom and the sprinkler in the ceiling was dripping water everywhere we left around 5am it was to much

Very unsafe place to stay.
The hotel did not have our reservations. The name on hotel was West Star but is actually an Econo Lodge. Between 1:30-and 2:30 am people tried using their key card in our door. Then when it wouldn't work they tried jerking the door open. No one was ever at the front desk. If you needed assistance you had to push a button then someone would come in from outside. There were so many people just hanging around outside. It wasn't a safe place to be at all.

Horrible experience
The place was dirty. Check in was almost impossible the clerk did not speak hardly any english. There were homeless people camped out in the parking lot. Will never go back. The restaurant and casino were both closed down and there ad said they were available. We had drove 10 hours and wanted food and sleep had to go else where to eat.

Inexpensive incls. Breakfast
Had to insist/push to pay cash at check-in. Informing him that Hotels.com said I could pay cash upon arrival and that my credit card # was only needed to hold the room. Grateful for low price room. Young man at desk was nice and polite. Glad the room had coffee maker, microwave and fridge. Rug needed shampooed desperately with paint spots, a small mucky 'washed' area inside by door & very dingy. The rest was clean. I still left a tip. No stir sticks or sweet'n Low in pkts. by coffees (2ea.caffeim & decaf). Would not be surprised if the cleaning is understaffed. After check-in went to breakfast area for coffee cups since none in room. Two drinks had been left in fridge. Bed, bath, counter & tables were clean. Glad they provide breakfast items; however, they have gone downhill since my stay 2 yrs prior. No 0 cal sweeteners. The 2 remaining small chocolate muffins were rock hard stale. The blueberry muffins were not very fresh; but, fine after softened in micro. Apples in meh condition. I took the one good looking apple They also offered plain bagels, nutella, oatmeal, cereal, waffle maker. I really like that they include breakfast. I want to get on down the road and don't want to wait for ordering & getting breakfast at Cactus Pete's or for the sm. grocery to open at 9 or 10.
