The hotel was perfect for us. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable and locally, independently owned hotel this is if for you. No pool, exercise room or anything else that you pay for but never use in an overnight stay. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were only minutes to the airport and downtown Austin. Would HIGHLY recommend this place!

Very dissatisfied
I tried to be frugal and stay here since it was quite a bit cheaper than surrounding hotels and the reviews didn't seem bad at all. My husband and I were very disappointed.. The overpowering smell of the harsh cleaning chemical kicks you in the face upon entering the building. But it's nothing compared to when you open your bathroom door in your room. The smell is seriously so strong we considered leaving. We got one bath towel and one hand towel. If you're going to stock one per room, that's fine but at least give us more towels as the two of us check in to our room so it's not inconvenient to ask for more. There was no bath mat for tile floors in bathroom.. again, that's fine but give us another towel at least. I had to ask for a hair dryer and it was a quick delivery but when I did ask the front desk seemed irritated and said "I'll try to find one" instead of "Sure, I'll bring one right up.." or something a little more professional and courteous.

Great for the price.
It was a great hotel for the price. We really enjoyed it. They were knocking on our door right at 11am demanding we check out. Otherwise it was a great stay.
