Grandior hotel is very clean and staff very friendly. Also the location is nice, close to center and Metro station C which goes to Museum and the Shopping mall Westfield Chodov.

Poor service and arrangement!
Terrible service! The hotel gave me a room at the end of the corridor that I did not preferred when I checked in early during my arrival. I then asked for a room change and told them to gave me a normal room with 2 single beds. When I returned to the hotel at 10pm, they gave me a room for handicap at the corner of corridor. It was too late and we were tired so we did not ask for another change. The problem of a room for handicap was the specific features in the bathroom that would make the floor of the bathroom so wet after shower and no countertop for the sink that created inconvenience to me. I feel so disappointed to their arrangement when I asked for a room change!

Unlike most European hotels which often have small beds and minimal room for suitcases, this hotel was spacious, with ample square footage, and a King sized bed. Breakfast buffet was expansive.

Excellent location, great hotel
Comfortable and pleasant 4 star hotel with excellent customer service and ideal location. A few steps from the tram and a couple of blocks from 2 subway stations. About 15 minutes walking distance from old town square. Lots of restaurants around as well as excellent shopping. The breakfast buffet was really good. Our room view from the 8th floor wasn’t great but other than that, we enjoyed our stay at the Grandior hotel and would stay there again
