Very clean. Awesome location. Only bummer was no in-room coffee.

We will be back.
The beds were wonderful. My first room, the Air Supply room was very nice. A corner room, very nicely decorated. My second room, the Humphrey Bogart room, was painted black and not as nicely decorated but the bed was still good. The 24 hr front desk was wonderful and very courteous. We will be back.

Make no mistake, historic hotel. Better description would be non-stop weekend bar magnet for undergrads and hookups with a hotel upstairs. Three simultaneous Saturday night bachelorette parties. One located adjoining 4th floor room carried on after 2 am and onto the street below. No one at desk to take our call. Bedspread needed changing - evidence of discharge.

Great stay at Hotel Monte Vista
The overall vintage feel of the hotel was really fun. It’s located right downtown so you can walk to all the local shops, bars, and restaurants. The bar/coffee shop downstairs called Rendezvous was fantastic and the staff was always super friendly. Unfortunately the Monte Vista Cocktail Lounge was undergoing repairs so we never got to experience that but it looked live an awesome dive bar. Overall the room was small but it fit with the theme as we stayed in the Humphrey Bogart room. All the history about the hotel and town was really interesting as well. Great experience for both me and my boyfriend.

Sleepless in Flagstaff
The place was nice, very clean. The problem is there is so much noise from everyone partying you can’t sleep. We were getting a train at 4:30 AM and the noise didn’t quit until 2:30. This was a Thursday night. The town also has party bikes which hold 16-20 people which didn’t quit until 2.
