Comfortable, quaint rooms with three flight walk to hotel reservation area. Not sure if small elevator worked. It was as advertised.

Loved Rome. Enjoy.
Very friendly owner, nice room and area. Best advice for visitors is the Roma Pass. Gives you unlimited access on bus and metro plus skip the line entrance to two sites. We used it for Coliseum and Forum.

Great place!
The hotel is just outside Rome. It's a perfect location. It's in safe neighborhood. Luca is a wonderful person who holds you upon your arrival on what to do and getting around like one of the locals. The room is great for Rome. It's clean, comfortable, had a safe deposit box, etc. Luca gives you a voucher for your breakfast and you choose to go to the restaurants indicated for your coffee and croissant . Would recommend this hotel
