Horrible experience! Do not recommend this hotel at all! 1. Rude and front staff non accessible! 2. No coffee except at breakfast 3. Breakfast was poorly run, not enough things put on, not ready on time 4. They would not clean our room unless we were there 4 nights 5. Had to ask for towels, soap, shampoo 6. No top sheet on bed 7. Front desk clerk threatened my husband We have an official case filed with Hilton over this stay due to the threat and all other issues

Didn’t care for the reception and the requirement to pay cash for my pet was ridiculous. We couldn’t get into the pool even though there was people swimming. The receptionist didnt care and couldn’t get into the pool.

Not the right rooms or rates quoted, rude staff.
I have never had such terrible service at a hotel. I reserved 2 rooms, each with 2 queen beds at the same time on Hotels.com. Upon arrival the front desk informed me they only had king rooms available. I questioned the statement, as I had my confirmation from Hotels.com obviously showing each room with 2 queen beds. I had no choice but to take the rooms. My parents paid for their room, they were charged 184.99 - but for some reason, my room (same as theirs) was 198.99. The front desk staff was rude when I simply asked to speak to a manager. They could not explain the price difference or why our rooms were not the rooms I reserved. I was informed no manager was available until Monday (after I checked out). The next morning I received an emailed receipt from the hotel for someone I had NEVER heard of....they couldn't explain that either. I know Home2 Suites will not be concerned by losing 1 customer, but we travel frequently for our kids sporting events and will never stay at another Home2.

We stayed at this hotel for a wrestling tournament. The hotel is dog friendly, which is great in my opinion. It had nice rooms with kitchens, comfy beds, updated bathrooms, etc. The only thing it’s missing is a hotel bar for adults to enjoy after kids lay down. :) We really enjoyed our stay.

We had stayed here before and were happy so decided to stay there again for a two-night stay. Room was clean, but had a broken TV remote, no TV viewing guide, 3/4 of a roll of toilet paper and the soap dispenser in the shower was completely empty. There was a dog directly underneath our room that barked nonstop upon our arrival which eventually stopped but we could hear our neighbor's TV all through the day and night both days. First night there we were called on the phone at 3am to come to the lobby due to smoke coming from our floor, but no smoke alarm was activated. We went to the lobby and after approximately 15 minutes someone activated the smoke alarm and emergency personnel responded. We sat in our car for 1.5 hours before being allowed back in and told it was a system malfunction that caused smoke. Later that day left for a few hours came back and our keys had been disabled. Overall, not a great stay and we won't stay there again unless there are no other options.

I expected much more.
Manager was not available. We did not receive the rooms we booked because they were overbooked. Our substitute downgraded rooms were not ready until 45 mins after check in time and the rooms were missing sheets and pillows for the pullouts and towels. The rooms were not cleaned well and the breakfast was missing too many things to list. They were obviously short staffed but in an industry where customer service is a priority that is unacceptable.
