Had to get a last minute room because of typhoon closing Narita airport. Location was close enough to Ueno station and lots of restaurants around. Area is not for families as there were many bars of Illegal manner. Room is small as I expected but good enough for the night.

Location, location.
3-4min walk to JR or subway metro stations (Okachimachi or Ueno-hirokoji). Nearby eateries open late. 24hrs Don Quote across the street. Next to the hotel is a convenience store open to 12am and pharmacy drug store across the street. About 40min ride to and from Narita Airport on The Keisei Ueno Skyliner. Location is superb and not too far from Tokyo station. Location alone makes staying at this hotel worth it.

Air conditioner direction wasn’t right
The air conditioner’s air vent was direct to the bed, I felt sick after a night of wind-blowing to my head. The toilet paper is so thin
Sauyan, us3 night family trip
Very Good 8.0
The location was great, pretty near to restaurants, family mart, Donki Store and train stations. The room quite small for 2 ppl and 2 luggages.
Sarisa, us2 night romance trip
Very Good 8.0
Great location, near Tokyo Metro stations, plenty of local shopping. In-room bathroom was tiny for being 6'2", and the room's proximity to the street included the persistent crosswalk chirping common to Japan. Staff was helpful, if not completely fluent in English, and the rooms and property were clean.
