Wasn’t great. It worked well because the proximity to the highway during a long road trip- we stopped over night and the hotel was close to the highway and restaurants. The actual hotel was nothing great. Service seemed to be run by high school kids.

On a road trip from New York to Nashville Tn and it was the perfect stopping point. Room was comfortable and clean and we were able to bring our cat with no problem. The only issue we had was the gym - we wanted to exercise after sitting for so long I. The car and the A/C in the gym was broken and the water cooler didn’t work. It was like jogging in a sauna!

DO NOT STAY HERE!
This location ripped us off! We had reserved a king suite, but was given a small queen. When we checked in we weren't even told of the change. We didn't find out until we got to the room on the 5th floor which took a while due to a down elevator. After returning to the lobby to inform the front desk about the mistake I was told that they had no more suites. When I asked about the fact that I had reserved and paid for a suite the clerk blamed the mix up on Hotels.com. After contacting both Hotels and Hilton, it was discovered that the clerk gave away our room. When I confronted the clerk about that fact he still denied that he was at fault and blamed it on the 3rd party booking system. I also asked why he couldn't provide me the common courtesy to warn me that I wasn't getting the room that I paid for when I checked in. He informed me that because I booked on a 3rd party, he didn't have my phone number to call me. Hilton offered nothing to compensate me for the room difference or a future comp because as the clerk said "we were already getting lower rates then anyone else in the building!" Hotels.com did compensate us the room difference in a voucher for future use.
