The rooms were not in that great of condition. Way over priced for what you get. You are paying for the views of the rim rocks. They have breakfast if you call coffee, granola bars, Danish, and an apple breakfast. Paid less for a much nicer place.

Our kind of place!
This is just the kind of place we love to stay—small, quaint, and off the beaten path. The views were amazing and the bed was very comfortable. To the lady at the desk that recommended a side trip to Goblin Valley State Park, thank you! It was fantastic!

Great for a quick trip! Check them out!
The rooms are roomy, the bed was comfortable, and it was clear they had updated aspects of this hotel. The towels were plentiful/soft. I appreciate they have gone ‘green’ with their shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser. Decent floor space to stretch out on. A small continental breakfast was available-we grabbed granola bars & apples for our hike. The rooms were well spread out so while there appeared to be many people there, I didn’t hear them and it felt like we had the place to ourselves. So quiet! We came in late & left early - easy in, easy out. Staff were friendly and paid attention to us, which is always nice. Location is fantastic! Beautiful setting at the edge of the park. I was up early, sat on the lawn & watched the sunrise over the park! Best part of my stay! A couple of constructive pieces. WIFI was not great. TV only has “over the air” channels & they did not come in at all. Several aspects are dated in the room esp. bathroom. Part of the shower head kept sliding off, which they attempted to fix w/ duct tape! I mean who doesn’t love duct tape? However, it felt less than ideal. Other aspects of the bathroom could use some attention. But hey, they were functional and clean. Be aware this is a small town and hotel supporting Capital Reef National Park, so hotel staff are only there until 10. Also, several restaurants closed at 830 on a Thursday night, so it took as a couple of tries before we found an open place.
