great stay
Excellent location, on a quiet side street just 3 blocks from the Baker St tube station. Friendly hotel staff. Room and hotel were clean and quiet. Elevator and lobby are cramped. Room was small, but standard for London in this price range. Has A/C but ours didn't work - didn't matter since it was comfortable for the time of year. Did not eat the breakfast - multiple good breakfast cafes 1-2 blocks away.

Really nice hotel, great location
We stayed at the hotel last week for 3 nights in a 3-bed room. The room was small, but that wasn't a problem since we were out all day. The room was equipped with a hot water boiler, coffee, tea. Bathroom looked newly renovated. Room and bathroom were clean. Our room was on the 3rd floor and very quiet. Breakfast was basic and included: cereal, yoghurt, OJ, toast, eggs/omlette...more than enough. Hotel is very centrally located. We would definitely come to the hotel again and highly recommend it.

Cozy, But Small and Expensive For What You Got
It was near the Baker Street tube stop and easy to find, but the neighborhood appeared more residential and aside from a few restaurants and Regents Park, there wasn't much to do. The room was cute, with a twin bed and a desk, and I was traveling solo so that was fine. I just think it was a bit pricy for what was given. No breakfast or anything. I realize London is expensive anyway and I probably would stay here if I returned, but I still think it was a little cramped.
