Great location
Small boutique hotel with great access to public transport. Short walking distance to Baker Street Station. Plenty of restaurants and eateries around the area. Close proximity to Regents Park. Hotel room small, clean and compact. A bit overpriced but bonus full cooked breakfast daily. On the downside our room was located in the basement next to the breakfast room so a bit noisy in the morning. Otherwise its not a bad place to stay.

Pleasant hotel near Regent's Park
We enjoyed our stay at the Regency Hotel Parkside. The staff is helpful, the rooms are small but comfortable, and the location close to Marylebone High Street is pleasant and convenient, with Regent's Park and many other attractions in walking distance.

A wonderful place with a wonderful vibe!
This hotel is located on a beautiful and quiet street very close to a Tube station. There are many beautiful cafes, pubs, and restaurants all within walking distance. The hotel itself is lovely. The room was extremely clean, bed very comfortable, amenities, including a hair dryer, superb. The staff is so kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. There is a breakfast every morning and it’s pretty darned good. Milk, juices, coffee, tea, (probably anything else you’d like), cereals, breads, fruit, and eggs made to order. No complaints whatsoever. I’d recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay in Marylebone. Is close to Regent Street and Selfridges, too.

Nice convenient place in W1
Room was small and cramped but bathroom was modern and very clean. Location was excellent. There are many good restaurants and pubs nearby and the bus and tube are just a few blocks away. Staff was exceptionally polite and helpful with directions and suggestions. Breakfast was good but was not the full English. All in all, a good place if you value location and price over luxury.
