Excellent value hotel
Excellent modern hotel at the end of a quiet street but close to the action and the beach. Good sized well and appointed rooms. Great large rooftop pool and jacuzzi, also gym and sauna. Good value quality hotel. Will be my new hotel of choice in Pattaya.

2nd part of my review after 40 days in April suite
I am totally spend 40days in April suites. Overall is great.. On my 1st review,I ve already speak out the point which is letting me feeling bad is,some of the staffs they like to take a rest in the gym room with air-coned ,one was lie down on the floor,one was sitting on the exercise bike and one was sitting in the corner....all theyre playing their phone. The gym room size in April suites is small,please think about it when youre customer and everday walk in the gym room ,most of the time you will saw them in the gym room already ,it was so bad and make me embarrassing to do my work out,so this is the alert to your management team to aware it. Other things have to aware is Hot water supply is not enough specially after midnight and wifi signal was worst they should be improved.

Bad no Towels in the pool sometimes staff absent!
Overall is ok..But 1 thing have to be improve is the staff from the pool always not on duty on his area in the pool bar, he is hiding himself in the gym room with air-con and playing his mobile games,so most of the time customers stay April for few days,they will know where the place can found him. 1st day i've came there is no towel for customer in the pool,now 30/3/2023 i am in the pool right now ,there is no towel in the basket and he is absent again because i just did my gym and sauna and he is still in the gym room for his games playing. For my opinion he should go home and play his mobile games not working in this hotel because it is the bad image for all travelers. The above evidence is after 14 days monitoring result by myself,1pm,2pm&3pm is the same happen i will saw him in the gym room. So bad today no towels...oh he is coming back now and fix the old towel,i think he is going to take the new towels as some customers waiting for the towels in the pool .GOOD LUCK for him actually he is ok on his personality but he is not professional in his job and use the air-con for his own comfortable with his mobile games
