Good
Nice stay condition was good. They had internet. Bus service was decent, it was a bit to crowded after salah especially after fajr and isha. Also because other hotel guests came on to Elaf Bakkah's bus. Breakfast was pretty good, a lot of space to eat. Overall stay was nice

Mostly comfortable stay
Most things were great. I have only one complaint and a couple of suggestions. The complaint is that I booked a junior suite with a double bed but at check-in I was told all 810 rooms have twin beds only, and on request they join the twin beds to make a "king" bed. If that's the case then there should be no option for a room with a double bed. My suggestions are: (1) the hotel should have a valet service to take the guests cars to the parking because there is no drop-off area and usually no parking in front of the main entrance. (2) Rooms, especially premium rooms, should have more electrical outlets. Our suite had only two; one of them had the TV plugged into it and the other was for the fridge. How can I charge my phone, etc?
