So-so
Locations was great, but hotel room and premise were dirty and many run-down things about it. Seemed they needed to hire a new maintenance crew or something. Our heavy shower door felt like it was going to fall off the hinges any moment and crush us, the room had hairballs on the floor when we first entered along with no soaps or towels or coffee items. The outside near the pool was gross with tons of cigarette butts everywhere, spilled food and drinks on the tables, chairs and floors, and the fountain was broken and filled with dirty water that looked hazardous if a child fell in on accident.

Just okay
I made the reservation for my stepmom who was visiting from Atlanta for the weekend. She said that overall her stay was pleasant but her room was not cleaned the entire time she was there. She had to make her own bed, empty the trash and never received fresh towels. She told me that she called the front desk to request clean towels but no one ever brought them.

Hope you enjoy waiting in the lobby
We had to wait over 30 minutes at the front desk for someone to show up to check us in at 8:45 in the evening. Called the hotel and the front desk phone rang but got nothing. There were 4 different check-ins waiting by the time they came back. One of the others waiting was at the hotel at 4 to check into a pre booked room and was turned away because the room wasn't ready yet. they had to change their clothes in bathroom so they could go to a memorial service. Then they get back to the hotel only to have to wait for 30 minutes to check in. When the attendant did return there was no apology, no explanation, no words to anyone just straight past the desk and to the backroom to put some equipment away and then to the phone to put someone on hold. only after that did he ask who was first. It was the worst customer experience I have had in a very long time. The room was fine but I wouldn't say it was worth the wait at check in. bed was ok, pillow were meh... Shower was nice. Will not be back as there are too many other hotels in the area to stay at to not have a better experience.

costumer service lacking
Check in took FOREVER. There was only one person at the front desk. She was on the phone and barely acknowledged me. Then when she did finally get to me, She couldn't find me in the system. She wasn't very friendly either. There was only one cart at the hotel and it had a flat tire. When we went to check out the cart was MIA and we had to make three trips to get our luggage to the car. There was very rarely anyone at the front desk and when someone was there they weren't friendly. Breakfast was good and the breakfast ladies were very nice. overall nice hotel but the front desk needs some serious people skills.
